Although many of the blue zones are spread across the globe, recipes in the meal planner include readily available staples that form the foundation of the blue zones diet - think beans, brown rice, sweet potatoes, berries, and nuts. You’ll find most ingredients at any supermarket. We also offer multiple meal plan styles so you can discover recipes perfect for your lifestyle.
If you find that you're having a hard time getting certain ingredients, just reach out to our food coaches for a swap suggestion so that you can still make the recipes that call for it! Or, add the item to your Allergies & Dislikes list so you won't be recommended any more recipes that include that ingredient.
