Excluding processed foods
You absolutely do not have to eat any processed food as a member of the Meal Planner! There are a few ways you can avoid having processed foods appear in your personalized recipes.
- Check your Meal Plan Type to make sure you’re following a plan that focuses more on whole foods (You can check your Preferences by clicking on the 3 little lines in the corner of the website, then selecting ‘Preferences’).
- If the Meal Plan type that you selected feels right for you, but still has foods you wish to avoid, you can always exclude them from your daily personalized recipes by indicating them in your Allergies & Dislikes section of your Preferences!
- Finally, if even canned beans, frozen rice or quinoa, etc. are not your thing, you can definitely make your own! We include those foods in the meal planner for convenience for those people who don’t have the time to make them, but we LOVE the idea of cooking those types of foods from scratch!
