Cancelling your membership

We're so sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your account! Whatever your motivation for signing up for the Meal Planner, we encourage you realign with those goals and see if your membership could still be valuable to that end. Our team is here to help you continue to eat nutrition-rich meals and cook at home, so please let us know if we can support you in any way!

If you'd still rather cancel, please follow these steps:

  • Log into your account and click the three lines in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
  • Then, click on 'ACCOUNT.'
  • There, you will find a hyperlink to click to cancel.

When you cancel your membership, you still retain access to your account for the remainder of the period you've already paid for, and it will not renew again. You may also set your membership to pause for 1, 2, or 3 months instead of cancelling!

Please note, we are only able to offer a refund within 7 days of your payment being made and do not offer prorated refunds.

Circumstances aside, we'd love to know if there was anything in particular about the Meal Planner that didn't meet your needs. Your feedback is so valuable to us as we always want to make our service as useful as possible!
