How to eat pasta everyday

Do you dream about eating pasta every day? Join the club - sometimes it feels like we could eat pasta every day and never get tired of it! The key is to mix up sauces, toppings, and the base to keep flavors and nutrients varied.

With all the kinds of pasta out there -- from your typical whole wheat to lentil-, chickpea-, or even cauliflower-based pasta, to alternatives like spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles -- it’s getting easier to keep things fresh with our favorite dish. Here are some of the Meal Planner’s varied pasta recipes for you to try this week:

Monday: Pasta with Lentil-Mushroom Marinara (try this with spaghetti squash!)

Tuesday: Creamy Pesto Pasta with Roasted Eggplant (zucchini noodles would be great for this dish)
