Pasta and bread after selecting gluten-free

When you choose to exclude gluten from your personalized meals in your Allergies & Dislikes section, you may still see ingredients in your recipes for items that traditionally contain gluten. But, there will always be the option to make the meal using a gluten-free variety of that item! This sometimes happens with items like breads, pastas, and tortillas or wraps.

Be sure to read the recipe rather than just looking at the pictures -- sometimes the pasta or tortilla we recommend is made from beans, lentils or corn and are naturally gluten-free!

If you do not wish to have any pasta, bread, wraps, or tortillas (or any other gluten-free versions of ingredients), you can also make some simple swaps with replacement ingredients so that you don’t miss out on the recipes entirely -- just use something like zucchini noodles or a lettuce wrap in their place!

You can also specifically exclude those things from your personalized meals in your Allergies & Dislikes section. In this case, you’ll be blocking all recipes that include those ingredients, so it will limit what you see a bit more. There are over 700 foods you can exclude from your personalized recipes! Just type the food you wish to exclude into the search box at the top of the page and all variations of that food will populate. Then just click on the item you wish to eliminate and click Save!
